About Coach Angie

Determined to find a smarter way to train and share it with the world, Coach Angie Spencer began a quest that is now Marathon Training Academy. She has completed 72 marathons and ultras (including the 6 World Marathon Majors).

With a PR of 3:19:55 she knows what it takes to qualify for Boston after the age of 40. Her goal is to continue pushing outside her comfort zone and inspire as many people as possible.
